Order Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the purchased items.
To successfully cancel your order, you must notify us and provide all necessary information. You can inform us about your order cancellation by email at info@tvarimotinyste.lt.

Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. Your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returning Items

To return purchased items, please ensure that:

• The items were purchased within the last 14 days.

• The items are in their original packaging.

• The items are in their original condition, i.e., they are not soiled or damaged in a way that affects their commercial appearance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, even if the items meet the above conditions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items made to order.

• Items that cannot be returned due to their nature, e.g., perishable goods or items with expired shelf life.

• Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.

• Items that have been used in combination with other products (mixed sets).

Returning Items

You bear the risk and cost of returning items. Before returning items, please contact us via email.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend choosing a secure shipping service (e.g., the same service you used for delivery).
We cannot issue a refund if you do not provide proof of purchase for the returned items.
